We offer various services, including taking photographs, creating visual content, and renting out our studio. We may also provide editing and post-processing services at the request of our clients.

To secure a booking for our rental services, all fees must be paid in advance, and the amount may vary depending on the type of service selected. Cancellation of a booking will result in the forfeiture of the fee unless done at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled session, or if we make the cancellation.

We retain ownership of all intellectual property rights associated with the visual content we create for our clients. We grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to our clients to use the visual content for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

We are committed to treating all information our clients provide us as confidential, and will not disclose personal information or visual content to third parties without consent, except as required by law or to provide our services.

Our clients are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully during photography sessions, and we reserve the right to terminate any session if inappropriate or disruptive behaviour occurs.

Cancellation or rescheduling of a booking requires 72 hours' notice, and failure to provide sufficient notice may result in the forfeiture of the booking fee. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a booking for any reason and will provide a refund in the event of cancellation.

We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our services or website, and will not be held responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Clients agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the use of our services or website, and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with Ontario Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the province where we are located, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
